Used on online app to. check in for a specific stylist and it showed a 23 min wait time. Checked in at store and had a 4 min wait time remaining. When I showed up on deck another person was called instead and my wait time went to an hour and 9 mins. Your online check in app is a joke. This is the second time this has happened to me. and I will never be going back.

I have been back to Jill repeatedly. tremendous service and value for the money. i grew up with the same barber for 25 years. Happy to find a new place to call home.

I had a wonderful experience at sport clips, my hair cut was exactly what I asked for. The MVP was definitely worth it. Ivonne did a great job will be back !!
