Used on online app to. check in for a specific stylist and it showed a 23 min wait time. Checked in at store and had a 4 min wait time remaining. When I showed up on deck another person was called instead and my wait time went to an hour and 9 mins. Your online check in app is a joke. This is the second time this has happened to me. and I will never be going back.

I seen samantha today what a great haircut service professional and very friendly and happy time for talk and care remember my time with her before reminded me of my eyebrow trim and loved her valentine's day hearts samantha made my day wonderful cant wait to see her soon again my friend

It had been 4 months since my last haircut so I knew this going to be a challenge, Kelsey rose to the challenge and as usual she gave me a wonderful haircut. she is so good that I will not anyone else cut my hair. Kudos to heer.
